The Wadi Abu Dhabi

  The Wadi Abu Dhabi is an expansive waterfront residential and mixed-use development taking shape along Yas Canal in Abu Dhabi. Planned around a combination of landscaped spaces, waterfront living, residential buildings, leisure facilities, retail, dining and hospitality, the project is designed as a complete community rather than simply a collection of residential towers. According to the current project information, The Wadi has a planned development value of approximately AED 6 billion and covers around 140,700 square metres. The wider masterplan is planned to include approximately 3,950 homes, while the first residential release comprises Buildings E1, E2, C1, C2 and C3. The first phase has a target handover of Q4 2030.
